I was asked recently why I use the Drupal CMS for my clients. The answer is quite simple, 80% of the functionality is already complete before I meet with my client. Every site is 80% done, before the first meeting with the client. There is very little that I have not been able to do with the Drupal Core and the hundreds of modules that are already available. This allows me to work with my clients on the message, the content, and positioning. This is after all why one has a website to communicate.
